"Finally, a Smooth Experience"
After dealing with so many service issues lately, I was kind of bracing for another hassle. But everything went smooth from start to finish, which was a nice change.

"Payment options were frustrating"
The site itself was fine to use, but the payment options were more limited than I expected. I couldn’t pay the way I wanted, so checkout ended up taking way longer than it should have. When I reached out, I mostly got one of those canned apologies that sounds polite but doesn’t actually help, which made it even more annoying.

"Pretty happy with my order"
I ordered from Coastal and I’m pleased with how it turned out. The item feels solid and well made, not cheap or flimsy at all, and it actually looked like the photos, which was a nice relief. I’ve been using it for a little while now and it’s holding up great so far. No weird defects or issues, just a solid buy. I’d definitely order from them again if I need something similar.

"Easy return and quick exchange"
I expected the return process to be a little annoying, like maybe they’d make it just difficult enough that I’d drop it, but it wasn’t like that at all. The return was easy, the exchange showed up quickly, and support kept everything simple. No big hassle, and I’d shop here again.

Ordered from coastalcountry.com and, shockingly, the delivery came exactly when they said it would. Like, why is that so rare these days? The tracking actually updated, nothing got stuck in some random shipping limbo, and I wasn’t left guessing where my order disappeared to. Simple experience overall, no drama, no nonsense, which is all I wanted in the first place

I’ve been ordering from Coastal Country for a while now, and it’s nice when a loyalty program actually feels like it gives something back. The points have slowly added up without me having to think much about it, and I got a small discount on my last order, which made the whole thing feel a little more appreciated. No weird hoops or confusing steps either, just easy to use. It’s a small perk, but those little things make me more likely to keep coming back.

They’ve got a decent mix of work clothes and gear, and I did find a few things I liked. The site was easy enough to use overall, but some of the sizes and brands I was looking for were either out of stock or just not listed at all, which was a little disappointing... Still not a bad place to check, just wish the selection was a bit more consistent.

I reached out to customer service and was surprised by how fast they got back to me. I remember checking the time because I expected to be waiting around, but the reply came in quicker than I’d even finished making my coffee. They understood the issue right away, fixed it without making it complicated, and I didn’t have to repeat myself a bunch of times. Small thing, but I really appreciated that.

"Clean store and easy enough to get around"
I stopped into Coastal Country and, the first thing I noticed was how clean it seemed. I’m sure the aisles were all clear, the floors looked well kept, and it just didn’t have that cluttered feeling some stores can get.
Finding things was straightforward too, at least from what I could tell. The sections made sense and I didn’t feel like I was wandering around forever. Overall, it was just a nice, organized store, and it definitely made the trip feel easier

I had to send back a pair of boots from Coastal because the sizing was just off for me. The return itself was simple, like I didn’t get stuck trying to figure out what to do or anything. The refund, though — I thought it would show up sooner, so I kept checking my email and account a couple times. It did take a few extra days, but the money eventually came back, and customer service did answer when I reached out. Not a perfect experience, but fair enough. I’d give it 4 stars.

The prices were good for what you get, which was a nice surprise for once. A few things were cheaper than I expected, and the value actually felt fair instead of the usual nonsense. I’d probably check here again before buying somewhere else and overpaying for no reason.

I used coastalcountry when I was looking for some work boots and it went smoothly, the pages loaded without taking forever, the filters made it easy to narrow things down fast, and checkout was simple enough that I didn’t have to stop and figure out what was going on, so overall it was a easy site to use and I didn’t run into any real problems

I ordered a few things on coastalcountry and picked them up at the store later that day. Got the email saying my order was ready, and the staff found it quickly when I got there. I did have to wait a bit at the counter since they were busy, but it wasn’t a big deal. Everything was there, no issues at all. I’d definitely use the pickup option again.
